Introducing a case study of a hot water circulation system that solves the challenges of uniform heating and insulation, achieving stability that is less affected by outside temperatures.

We would like to introduce a case where our "hot water circulation system" was implemented by a major extrusion molding product manufacturer and tire manufacturer. The company required uniform heating and insulation to eliminate losses. As a solution, we provided a system that circulates hot water heated by heaters through a pump, maintaining a constant temperature for the target objects or spaces and efficiently supplying thermal energy. After implementation, using water or oil as the medium allowed for high thermal conductivity, enabling uniform heating and insulation without losses. Furthermore, it became less susceptible to external temperatures, allowing the target objects to be maintained in a stable condition for extended periods.
